Odin Energy Corporation is a corporate group of Japanese capital that has its operational hub in Santa Marta, Colombia; the fourth producer country of palm oil in the world, which is the raw material for biodiesel production.

The Company works to make possible the use of fuels that are friendlier with the environment, an initiative implemented through key investments, among which are included the funding of their companies Odin Petroil S.A. and Odin Energy Santa Marta Corporation S.A., located in Santa Marta, Colombia; indispensable to the acquisition of raw material for the production of petroleum products and the biodiesel from palm oil, respectively.

Odin Energy Corporation is progressing in the construction of a mixing unit diesel-biodiesel in Santa Marta city, where are our oil refinery and the biodiesel producer plant, which will allow us to sell the mixtures, required by our customers.

With our administrative and marketing headquarter strategically located in Panama, Odin Energy Corporation plans its expansion not only market in the local but also internationally and to position ourselves as the main clean energy provider in the region.

The company is an entity supervised by the National Securities Commission of Panama, since October 2009 when was held the registration of its cumulative preferred stock, currently is listing on the Stock Exchange of the country mentioned, offering cumulative preferred stock and common stock.
