Mamoru Saito, Chief Executive Officer - CEO

Has been our president since the beginning of the business group in Colombia in November of 2006 and is the highest authority in the company group. Is in charge to manage the global operations of all the companies, fix the guidelines and supervise all the key decisions.

Since 1980, Mr. Saito has coordinated many investments in United States around a very important area of Japanese business executives and since 1988, Mr. Saito has been an active investor in United States and he has expanded his company in order to include in its operations scope to Japan, United States, Canada, Venezuela, Colombia, the Caribbean and Europe. Our CEO, shares his time between the offices located in the different places of world where are operating his companies.

Likewise is the General Director and main shareholder of JASB OF NEW YORK CORP., private company of New York which manages different interests in a variety of companies. Mr. Saito has an economist degree from Tohoku Gakuin University, graduated in 1968.

Takahito Sakagami, Chief Operative Officer - COO

Manages our daily and marketing operations of the business group in a worldwide because has a large experience in trading in a national and international level. In the same way, Mr. Sakagami is the president of JASB NEW YORK CORP., a private company of New York which is one of our main shareholders.

In 1985, Mr. Sakagami founded in Japan the company “AMURU 21” and subsequently, he merged with Mr. Saito’s Company Group in 1994. During 1995, Mr. Saito and Mr. Sakagami worked together in a success company to import clothes from United States toward Japan, subsequently, in 2005, was appointed to be in charge of all the marketing activities and with the years his responsibilities grew and currently is the Director of all Mr. Saito companies, where its responsibilities include the coordination of daily operations.

Indira Veitía

Assumed its position as Financer Director en February of 2010. Prior, from January of 1999 to December of 2002, was hired by Petróleos de Venezuela S.A., where performed positions concerning to petroleum trading, fuel and raw material during this period. On February 2003, entered to Z International C.A. (a subsidiary of JAB New York Corp.), where served in different managing positions within which are the Financial Management, Department Supervision, as well as Project Development. In November of 2006, started to work in the Corporate Group, specifically with Odin Energy Santa Marta Corporation S.A., as Raw Material Manager and also performed the position of Marketing Director in Odin Petroleum Corporation.

Ms. Veitía obtained a degree in Graphic Design in the Design Center Maracay, in Venezuela, and from 2007 has been Director of Odin Energy Corporation S.A., being a fundamental pillar to its development to head relevant projects to the Business Group.

Marianella de Berbey

Has more than 20 years of experience in the hydrocarbons industry as a result of her work in an oil refinery and subsequently in a fuel distributor where was getting experience and bringing her knowledge in the divisions of Human Resources, Corporate Services, Operations and Sales and Marketing, where her efforts were recognized with the distinction of “Star Partner of the year”. Then, she was part of the advisors team of a growing company in the industry, which is of Panamanian capital with international projection. Since 2008 until now she is part of the Corporate Group Odin in the Sales and Marketing Management.

The B.A. Marianela de Berbey, is graduated in Business Administration of the Santa María La Antigua Panama University.
